Individual Executive Coaching:

Using only the latest psychological techniques and interventions, we cover the entire range of human resource needs from the hiring process through personnel management, productivity enhancement, downsizing and termination.This service can include:
  • Employee hiring and evaluations – Services range from screening a number of employees for various job categories to the evaluation and selection of individual senior management staff.

In addition to more than 20 years of service at Executive Health, Dr. Ondrusek has been an executive coach and leadership development specialist with the Center for Creative Leadership; a trainer and workshop leader for SDSU’s Management Development Center; and consultant to a wide variety of corporate clients in business and industry.

The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Course:
Optimizing health and daily performance

Help your staff cut through to the matter at hand. Reduce absenteeism, and increase workforce productivity. Twenty years of research has proven that this program helps participants cope with stress, respond effectively to changing circumstances, lead more effectively, improve health, and reduce health risks. It arms executives with the tools to successfully manage their workforce. Techniques taught in this class are modeled after the world-renowned program developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, Ph.D., at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center and featured on Bill Moyers’ award-winning PBS series, “Healing and the Mind.” Participants will gain:

  • A powerful tool for personal and organizational transformation.
  • A discipline to develop personal mastery and the insight needed for peak performance, effective leadership and powerful communication.
  • A way of “being” in daily life that can optimize innovative thinking, creative problem solving and the ability to navigate through times of continuing change.
  • A formal practice that requires paying close attention to each moment of an experience as it occurs - without bias or judgment.

Group programs are available at your site or at Scripps. We can customize this course to best suit your needs by adapting program length and format, with costs adjusting accordingly.

Instructor:Steven Alper, L.C.S.W. Steve has more than 20 years' experience as a therapist, teacher and consultant. In addition to the Mindfulness-Based Stress Management program at Scripps Center for Integrative Medicine, he has developed stress reduction programs at Kaiser, UCSD, and various corporate organizations. He is in private practice in La Mesa.
